New Prusa i3, first prints problems

Hi everyone,

I just built my first pusa i3, and I can't find any directions to solve my printing problem.

It looks like the filament is not sticking on the different layers, whick makes a crusty part.

The head is a 0.4 Hexagon, heating at 200.

You'll find attached a copy of the eeprom conf.

Looks like over extrusion.
Have you calibrated your extruder motors steps per mm yet?
