Three small robots. Give me your tips how to improve it!

Hi. I have started 3d printing and here are my finest products. They are almost perfect but as you can see there are small errors and on both robots on far left (number seven) and far right (number nine). From their right arm to head are very small strings. All robots have between their legs small strings and some irregularities on their arms and other places.

Here is technical data:

Common facts for all are:
material is pla 2,95mm
nozzle size 0,4
2 perimeters
3 solid layers, both on bottom and top
speed is default and slicing program is scli3er, printing program is pronterface and firmware marlin

robot seven (far left)
0,2 layer height
bed 65/60 (i cant put lower temperature because it wont stick anymore, look left leg)
extruder 185/180

robot eight (middle)
0,1 layer height
bed 70/65
extruder 185/180

robot nine (far right)
0,1 layer height
bed 70/65
extruder 180/175

So how to improve? Did I miss any important detail?

Do you have any ooze control settings like retraction?

Also try printing at 190C and with a print sticker/tape on the surface.

Retraction, retracts the filament a bit when the nozzle is moving to a new point. This prevents strings and irregularity's.

Look for it in yous slicer settings. (I dont use Sl3cer myself so I would know where to look.)

It's under Printer Settings tab > Extruder > retraction length

Thanks! I will try it out later today. Current setting is 1mm. Can you recommend a good value? Should I also use lift Z (z-axis rises every time retraction is done)
