Printing with Repetier, settings inside Repetier set in Slic3r.

I have now turned off 'generate support' to see if the same happens.

Ended up like the picture in the attachment..
Edit:
Apparently, when I turn off 'Enforce support material for # first layers' the error disappears.
But still, I need to print it with support for the first 7 layers...
When I disable the support generation, the print also goes from 100 to 99 layers. So maybe it generates a bogus layer somehow...?
