printing some 9t gears for extruder, while one side of the tooth looks ok, other seems too flat?

using slicer 098 for top and bottom in photo and 072 in the middle.

top photo is a herringbone gear which actually seems to print ok?

printed with either 30 or 40 mm/s

printed in abs at 230. have printed one a while ago in pla and the teeth looked much better?

using prusa i2, acceleration at 3000 I think, would lowering this help?

I moved away from Slic3r due to bugs in subsequent releases, but version 0.7.2b still seems to be the only stable version.

The teeth should have the same profile on both sides.

Maybe try KISSlicer? Been getting really good prints from it.
