Moin Gemeinde,

ich habe diesen Fred schon unter Software gepostet, und leider keine Antwort erhalten. Nun hoffe ich hier auf mehr Resonanz.

Ich gestehe das ich mich dem Thema ABL ziemlich blauäugig genähert habe.
Ich habe das ABL-Board von Glatzemann in meinen i3-Steel adaptiert und bin auch zuversichtlich das es trotz des bewegten Bett´s super funktioniert.

Nun besteht mein Problem darin das ich programmiertechnisch wirklich nicht viel zu bieten habe und ich wie ein Schwein ins Uhrwerk schaue wenn ich meine Configuration.h auf dem Bildschirm habe.


Kann mich bitte jemand unterstützen um das ABL Board von Glatzemann auf Marlin zum fliegen zu bringen ??

Ich möchte gerne 4 Punkte anfahren, links Unten, rechts Unten, oben Mitte und Zentrum und dann darf ausgerechnet werden wie schief das Bett steht.

Sollte doch so gehen ...oder ??

Nein, habe ich nicht...

Im ABL-Thread von Roland wird Repetier-Firmware gut dokumentiert... aber eben nicht Marlin.

Mit geht es ja um die grundsätzliche Aktivierung des ABL-Prozesses (und zwar so das es Sinn macht...gg)

Ich habe bisher zum Thema ABL auch kein "Howto" für Marlin gefunden.

Falls da jemand einen Link hat... wird gerne genommen.

Wo ist da der Unterschied ?
Dein erster Link ist auch mit Google-Übersetzer schwer lesbar und für mich nicht so geschrieben das ich den Unterschied ausmachen kann.

Ich verstehe den zweiten Link deutlich näher an meinen Vorstellungen und glaube die richtige Wahl zu treffen wenn ich den Planar-Modus selektiere,
da ich ja 4 Punkte anfahren möchte.

aber dennoch hinterlassen beide Links mehr Fragen als Antworten für mich.....

Ich berichte mal über Erfolge und Misserfolge.

Das reine Homing am Nullpunkt klappt mit Glatzemanns ABL-Elektronik allerbestens.
Roland......Vielen Dank für das tolle Projekt... ich bin absolut begeistert.
Ich habe nun im Firmwaremenue des Druckers unter Prepare/Bed Leveling mit "Level bed" zwar die Möglichkeit den Prozess zu starten,
dieser bleibt aber nach dem Start stecken. Der Drucker fährt erfolgreich ein Homing zeigt im Display "Click to Begin" und ohne weitere Aktionen des Druckes
wechselt nach dem Click nur die Anzeige auf "Next Point 1/3" und das wars...aus dem Punkt komme ich nur mit einem Reset.
Hier mal meine Bed Level Sektion aus der Configuration.h .
Kann jemand von Euch einen Hinweis zur Korrektur geben ??

Mit dem System von Roland kenne ich mich leider gar nicht aus.
Ich weiß nur das in den ganzen Beiträgen ja auch etliche Fragen und Antworten zur Einrichtung zu finden sind.

Hast du #define FIX_MOUNTED_PROBE aktiviert?

ABL habe ich zur Zeit gar nicht mehr. Ich habe die X-Achse (bei meinem i3) so genau wie möglich eingestellt und dann das Bett dementsprechend ausgerichtet und fest verschraubt.
Das läuft jetzt schon seit Monaten ohne Korrektur.
Als Endschalter für die Z-Achse habe ich zwei Schraubenköpfe die zusammenstoßen. Klappt wunderbar und die Präzision ist besser als von Mikroschaltern durch den festen "Schaltpunkt"

Falls jemand meint das der Kontakt zu heftig sein könnte weil ja kein Spiel das ist, dem empfehle ich mal dieses Video anzuschauen und da dann zu ca. 2:50 Minuten zu springen smiling smiley

Edit: Wegen kaum Resonanz zu der Frage: Das kommt bestimmt von der Themenhäufigkeit zum ABL. Evtl. hättest du in dem Titel erwähnen sollen das es um Rolands System geht.

das es das ABL-System von Roland ist spielt doch gar keine Rolle.
Warum nicht ??
Das einzige was die ABL-Elektronik liefern soll (und das macht sie ja bestens!!) ist die Meldung bzw Betätigung des Endstops.
Ob das Signal von einem Schalter, kapazitiven Sensor, von einem BL-Touch oder von Rolands ABL-Kiste kommt ist doch von untergeordneter Wichtigkeit.

Tatsache ist aber das ich die Firmware bisher nicht so konfiguriert bekomme das ich (ich hab mich jetzt für 3-Punkt Messung entschieden) den Bed-Level Prozess in die Gänge bekomme.
Deshalb erbitte ich noch mal Eure Hilfe.
Wie gesagt... das es Roland´s ABL-Elektronik ist spielt keine Rolle, sondern stellt in diesem Zusammenhang nur eine Zusatzinformation dar.

Hi Micro..

ich bin mithilfe von BKHH ein gewaltiges Stück weitergekommen (auch auf diesem Wege noch mal ein ausdrückliches Danke an das FabLab Lüneburg)

Die Situation ist im Moment folgende.

Nach einem Homing fährt die Düse nach dem zweiten Antasten 10mm hoch. Ich finde diese Ruheposition schon recht angenehm, weil ich dann Filamentaustritte beim Anheizen angenehm managen könnte. Doch genau diese 10mm machen jetzt Probleme. Und ich hoffe wenn das 10mm Problem gelöst ist läuft der Rest auch.
Wenn ich nun im Menü des Druckers bin kann ich ja Bettnivellierung an wählen und er fährt die 9 Punkte auf "click" mit dem Encoder an, kann sie aber nicht antasten denn ich kann ja nur -2mm fahren, d.h. die Düse steht dann immer noch 8mm über dem Bett.
Ich verstehe nicht woher er die 10mm nimmt bzw sie irgendwie nicht so interpretiert wie ich es gerne hätte.

Hier ist noch nicht das LCD-Bed abgeschaltet

Nachdem ich das abgeschaltet habe hat sich leider auch nichts geändert, der Menüpunkt ist zwar noch da für aber nur ein Homing aus.

bis auf den Extruderwert stimmen alle anderen bei Steps per mm.
(habe 0.9° Stepper im Einsatz)

Und ja es ist ein Steel-Orballo Rahmen aus Spanien.

und den

Ich bin wirklich dankbar das Du da ein Auge rauf wirfst.
Ich zwar elektronisch und mechanisch ganz brauchbar, aber im Arduino-Code ein echter Vollnoob.
Ich habe diverse Anleitungen zum ABL in Netz und auf Tube gefunden und versucht das zum laufen zu bekommen.
Teilweise waren die falschen Firmware-Stände beschrieben und ich hab dann versucht "etwas ähnliches" zu finden.
Das führt dann ins Chaos in dem ich nun stecke.

Hier ein Bericht:

Mit Micro3D´s Hilfe.... vielen Dank für Deine Geduld mit mir.... haben wir ein 3Punkt-ABL hinbekommen.

Nach einem spannenden Wochenende mit meinem Drucker:

Leider hat sich die ABL-Elektronik in Verbindung mit meinem bewegtem Heizbett als Schwachpunkt herauskristallisiert.
Die Wiederholrate von erfolgreichen Bettmessungen ist leider nicht so gegeben, das es im produktiven Einsatz sinnvoll nutzbar wäre.
Ich brauche im Schnitt 2-5 Versuche pro Druckvorgang um das Bett erfolgreich zu Leveln.
Ich habe ein wenig mit den Messparametern der ABL-Elektronik gespielt um das Ergebnis zu verbessern und konnte leider nur marginale Fortschritte feststellen.

Um nur noch mal eine Sache richtig zu stellen: Die ABL-Elektronik von Roland (Glatzemann) macht einen Superjob.

Mein Problem ist eher die Aufnahme des Heizbetts mit Stempel und Hülse, es darf nicht so stramm sein das sich das Bett nicht mehr bewegt und auf der anderen Seite darf es nicht zu locker sein (so wie es bei mir zu sein scheint),
da mir die "Fehlauslösungen" bei Bewegungen des Betts einen Strich durch das gelevelte Bett machen.

Um überhaupt drucken zu können habe ich den enttäuschenden Weg des manuellen Levelings in Angriff genommen und habe die Hülsen entfernt und Schrauben und Federn eingesetzt.

Ich werde mir nun drei Optionen durch den Kopf gehen lassen:
Neukonstruktion der Hülsen, denn die PEI-Stempel sind über jeden Zweifel erhaben
oder
ggf der Einsatz eines kapazitiven Sensors.
oder
lassen wie es im Moment ist (unwahrscheinlich)

Hattest du das Probing Delay (Repetier/Features) eingestellt? Das dient ja dem Warten zwischen Punkt anfahren und messen um evtl. Schwingungen zu kompensieren.


In Marlin heißt es dann
#define DELAY_BEFORE_PROBING 200  // (ms) To prevent vibrations from triggering piezo sensors
und ist zu finden in der configuration.h

Die 200 sind die Voreinstellung von Marlin.

den hätte ich mal früher entdecken müssen.
Ich habe so etwas gesucht.... nun... das ist mein Problem... Ich verstehe meistenteils nur Bahnhof und der Zug ist schon weg....
und das mir... wo ich in der IT arbeite. Proggen ist nun mal nicht meins.

Danke für den Hinweis.
Ich werde das im Hinterkopf bewahren, wenn ich ggf die Bettaufnahme-Hülsen neu zeichne.

Hi,

ich würde mit gut überlegen ob du mit dem FSR von Roland weiter gehen willst.
Meines ist selbst aus dem Delta dann rausgeflogen weil ich fehlauslösungen hatten wenn der Effektor gefahren ist - hier bewegt sich das Bett gar nicht.
Auf den anderen Seite war auch hier die Wiederholgenauigkeit nicht gegeben, bei 3 Werten hatte ich immer einen Ausreißer dabei - das reicht aber auch schon um die das ABL bzw. in meinem Fall das kalibrieren so zu stören dass es fehlschlägt.

Eigentlich ein ziemlich tolles System, hätte aber noch etwas mehr Aufwand in Software gebraucht bei mir. (bzw. in Hardware um den Rahmen so schwer zu machen dass es überhaupt keine Bewegung gibt wenn der Effektor fährt).
