SD card causes voltage drop when inserted

Helllo pipul,
I've build several custom 3D printers before and now I've got an issue with one of them.
I'm using the Mega2560-RAMPS1.4-Smart controller LCD (the alphanumerical one) and mainly printing from SD card, with Repetier firmware.
During my last prints on a new 3D printer, I've noticed a voltage drop (the LCD backlight dims a bit) when inserting the SD card.
Also some prints are failing randomly midprint (the 3D printer stops and gives me an "SD card error" message)
Another thing to mention is that, in the SD card menu, the LDC goes blank (randomly) when I turn the encoder to navigate the menu

I've tried another LCD (the Full Graphic one) and also another RAMPS board) and the issue is still there
I've attached the config file, if somebody wants to check it.
Regarding the SD card detect pin, I've tried both SD card detect pin (if available) and also SD slave select

Right now I'm soldering some pin headers on a Sparkfun Mega Pro board and see if replacing my Mega with that would help.

Thanks in advance! I'm curios if anybody stumbled upon this issue too.

P.S.
Greetings from Romania! :]

Some SD-cards draw a higher current then others. ( usually the old ones )
Maybe that's an issue here?
