So yesterday I made the yellow part on the left, the part is skewed so I adjusted the machine, and adjusted the z Axis I had it set to 500, it should have been 2500 since I had to manually adjust the layer height. So after getting everything set right I tried to print again, this time at 50% to conserve marital. It seems that after each layer the drift is doubled.

Raising z-steps by a factor of 5 is weird. I'm sure you have an error in your calculation. Tell more about the stepper, driver, microstep-jumpers, pulleys or leadscrew dimensions.

When you've sorted this out, the next step is adjusting the Vref to get the stepper current right.
