sd card.
24 volt dc

now i have to vigor out Ho to setup the software its to fast.

Max feed rates can be set in the firmware, what firmware are you using?

print speeds are set in the slicing software. If you are using skeinforge, lower your feedrate and flowrate to 20mm/s for both to start. Then get faster once you have nice prints. Travel speed can be as fast as the machine will take, I'm using 50mm/s just to be safe.

As long as the heater on your extruder can keep up, and you don't miss steps, you can set your feed and flowrates as high as you want.
