Great !
Power vacuum valve electrode do not traditionally have replaceable filaments, ( ebm filament e.g Tungsten ribbon 2mm wide 0.25mm thick.)
normally an EBM tungsten filament lasts 7 to 100 hrs, but if you could see a way to allow replacement or find a cheap power vacuum valve electrode in tungsten with an exposed filament area of about 3mm
2, at 2500 C that would be great!!
kind regards

p.s. Electrostatic deflection voltage must be similar to acceleration voltage so then electron deflectors require 100KV circuits and 100KV electrical feedthroughs for each deflection plate ( this is impracticable/ costly ). CRT gun is too low power by a factor of about 1000.
