Hi, this is the second time it happens to me.
Bought a reprappro huxley, and the temperature is stuck at 86°C
the temp reading stays stuck at 86 degrees for the head, the motor works, the bed temps seem s ok.
.This board is letteraly is piece of crap of a design. I have no idea why it broke (actually no burm melting or else?) for the second time with the same issue ( temperature stuck) , check all the connection ( no short on the head, no short between the head and etemp with a multimeter)
if anyone had that too i would be happy to have help.
I get only 200 ohm between etemp borns that seems low.
i m assuming the chip is dead and it mean i would have to change the whole board again ( more than 100€ and clearly i m gonna go somewhere else if i have to do that) that s reallly crap for an ATmega that cost around 5 euros.
if anyone can help. I m really tired of this, and that close to just thrown it away for good
I would advise to really not go with this design the board being in one piece, and well realiability being in questioned here.
