hi all

when i print a plus (+), line is not going straight on X axis. i checked G code. there is no mistake in there. there is 2 or 3 mm mistake up line according to down line. i know i can't explain the problem well. but it is clear on picture. i,m using RAMPS 1.4. i thing problem in sprinter firmware. beacuse i checked belt, motor current, pulley.

i'm using this "float axis_steps_per_unit[] = {91.4286, 91.4286, 4000, 910};" but circles like egg. square is not square. where is mistake?

thanks for advice.

You migth be missing steps on the "horisontal" move, since the error seems to accure after the sideway move.

Looks like backlash in the X axis. Try turning the pulley by hand and see if there is a dead spot in the movement of the carriage when you change direction.
