Doubt in RepRapPro Huxley Commissioning

I am a fresher with RepRapPro, I need to assemble and test a RepRapPro Huxley.Actually I completed the assembly part of the machine,and
I tried to install the Python software as per the following link

When that is being tested that is not connecting to computer.

Can anyone please let me know if i need to follow any alternative link to get started the machine

Had trouble connecting to my Huxley. Occasionally it'd work but most of the time it wouldn't. Tried different leads without success. Then moved it away from the big plasma telly sat on the bench and works every time now. Suggests that it can be a little sensitive to interference
