The purchase of 3DMarkt.at, formerly based in Klagenfurt, Austria, now based in Berlin, Germany, further increases 3DMarkt.at’s share in the 3DPrinters and Printing Materials market. “The combination of 3DMarkt.at with our brand new Team of Specialists will provide our Clients much more scalability,” said Francesco Altomare. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our market share,” added Francesco Altomare.

Francesco Altomare is in the process of finalizing the Transition online and offline from a Legal/Accounting standpoint. “The integration of both Companies will take place over the next month. 3DMarkt.at which will continue to operate under that name, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Francesco Altomare.
The acquisition of 3DMarkt.at was accomplished and framed between November and December 2016 ; “We felt this Asset was essential and we were not going to lose our chance” explained Francesco Altomare.
