About the calibration for DLP 3D Printer

Dear all,
Recently, we DIY a DLP 3D printer. The attached pictures show the object printed by the machine.
We found the tiny tower is not same as its computer model.
Dose anyone have same experience before?

... no simple answer.

The "accuracy" of the cured layers depends on many variables:
- bemaer "brightness"
- image/pixel resolution
- UV-wavelength
- resin type (photo-sensitivity, activators)
- diffusor density (=>curing depth per time)
- curing time per layer
- optical "sharpness"
- overexposure
- ...
