I made new driving gear for extruder.

This gear hasn't any teeth but good working.

Looks great! I wonder if it would work even better with some really shallow, sharp teeth, like what you'd get if you scratched it with a wire brush.

I add extra teeth on this design.

Really super working now.

Channel width 1.5mm.
Channel depth 2 mm.
Material steel.

This type of gear or hobbed bolt does not work well on softer materials as it tries to drag the filament round the bolt instead of sending it on to the hotend.
