I am looking help from you to burn the firmware in my Gen6 and melzi board. I have just bought a AVRISP programmer but meet some difficulty to load the program. Is anyone outside there can offer your expertise? I am very appreciated.

That's a tricky work. Done it before, but a bit of luck as the supported file need to be tweak for 644 MCU... and some model is more problematic.
If you can't find others, maybe can come over and see if I can help. No promise.smiling smiley
