Delta is just horribly set up

So my delta kinda sucks. It can not print anything that has moving parts because it will just stick. Everything is out of proportion and the bed (non auto) sucks. I have put up with it intill now. I am making an e bike and i need things to be right. I was printing a 4 part 128t gear (the teeth you can see in the photo suck) then when i go to put it together the thing comes short. There is like a few mm gap. I just need to make this thing right. Any help would be great (btw when printing i have to set it to 106 because that helps it kinda be in scale)

Why don't you tell us something about how your printer is constructed?
