Err: MINTEMP in a delta Kossel printer
December 29, 2016 07:34AM
I have a Kossel delta changed. I mounted an extruder 3 in 1. When I turn are read two strange temperature: 22 ° is on the heatbed and on the extruder. Since the minimum temperature should be 5 ° I do not know what it is. I checked all the single connections.

A MINTEMP error is a sign for a shortcut in the thermistor wires. Often it is the setscrew pushing to hard against the sensor or the ptfe tubes on the sensor wires are not intact.

I do not think my case if I unplug the thermistor does not read anymore, but if I see riconnetto 22 ° is on the hot bed that on the thermistor. Perhaps it is a firmware error, but do not know how to correct it

If you read 22° on both thermistor inputs ( bed and hotend ) but only have one thermistor attached, it is a shortcut between the sensor input pins.

I have two thermistors and both correctly read the temperature with slight variations from one another, but still get the error MINTEMP inexplicably. And the printer for this reason work not.
