Skewed print any ideas?

At least flanged bearings have no runout, unlike the toothed idlers I just installed (from RobotDigg). One was completely unusable, the other three had noticeable runout. It's clear that the central hole (that the bearings fit into) is drilled in a separate process to the one that makes the idler itself, and it wasn't lined up as well as it should have been.

I've printed mine to fit 10mm OD bearings. The .stl-file is here

*sigh*

I couldn't say whether this was the issue with the ones I had but I've sold the machine so can't find out now, guy who bought it left me pretty good feedback.
