Delta Printer Freaks Out After Homing
October 15, 2016 07:11PM
Hello!

I’m a beginner with electronics, and this is my first build. I’m doing Jonathan Keep’s ceramic delta printer build, which I have used and am familiar with, but am having trouble building.

I have printer homing properly, which was a victory, but when it tries to begin printing the motors seem to grind and whine then eventually catch and the runners start go extremely far, pushing at the top and bottom of the printer and bouncing up and down between the two extremes.

I’ve poked around the forums and different sites trying to figure out what’s going wrong, which helped with every other issue up until now, but I’m having trouble finding any information on what’s going wrong. I’m hoping someone sees this and can point me in the right direction.

attached are my configuration file (which I’ve tried to comment in to keep track of changes and original settings) and my cura profile.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
