Is it layer shift? Please help.

Hi everyone, I recently got this delta printer (Micromake D1). It is much better than the i3 had before but it is way too complicated in terms of understanding settings and what not. I am having a weird problem, I have attached a photo. I printed a tube like structure and it seems like there is a lot of layer shifting going on or might be something else, I don't know. Can someone please tell me how I can solve this problem? The problem is, the gear-like shaped tube is supposed to be absolutely straight, but as you can see the outline is anything but that. Can someone shed light on this matter? Thanks!

Can you also give us a photo of your printer?
If you are using wheels for the linear movement, I would say it's likely your wheels are bad.
This is a common problem in cheap Delta kits that use wheels. (Especially ones that use white nylon door roller wheels)
