I was wondering about the viability of printing polyurethane or PETG rollers for the carriages and whether anyone has experience with using such instead of Delrin?
Can you? Yes, but should you?
Printed parts do not usually make for precision movements. Even if it does work, it probably won't last as long as something made through other means.
