Can a Delta be controlled by Pronterface ?

I see no option for printer architecture as in Repetier.

Yes a delta can be run by pronterface. I was running it on my mac until it stopped working--getting it to run on the latest Mac OS version can be tricky. But to your question , yes you can run printrun/pronterface with a delta.
