Suggestions to cover up bare extrusions?

Hey guys, I want to make my delta have a cleaner look by covering up the bare extrusions. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should use? MDF? Metal panels? etc? Thanks.

I plan to buy some acrylic glass sheets to make an enclosure for my (planned) kossel mini, and print holders that extrude from the extruders, and cover them up as well as hold the glass plates. Not sure how this will work out though. They should be really light weight. I also want to make an air extraction to avoid micro particles and/or fumes (although I've heard that good ABS doesn't smell at all). But really the only solution is to print out the coverings and cover the coverings with some awesome carvings. Maybe you can even make them "clip on" to the extruders?

maybe my build can give you some idea...
it's all metal build, very, very simple and rigid as a rockwinking smiley

I still can not give you too much information. All I'll say is that I'm working on Delta Mini project and that everything will be OpenSource under the GPL-license and it I'll be very well documented ...

so stay tune...
