My Version of the Delta Pi in build

Thought I would post some pic of my Delta Pi, its nearing the end of its build.
Most of the printed parts have been modified to suit my build.
I am using 20mm sq Stainless steel for the uprights. the print height will go to 550mm, on a 200 x 200 bed.
All the wireing from the top of the printer runs down through the tubes.
I am aiming for this printer to have a very clean look, no rats nest of wiring on show.
The filament is fed through a Bowden feed. The hot end wires will be covered in a black mesh to hide them.
The electronics will be Ariduino and Ramps 1.4 running on Repetier Firmware.

I like the square stainless uprights idea! That seems like it would make it much easier to use the roller bearings as linear bearings. And it hides the wires completely.... well done! As long as the stainless steel has tight enough tolerances to keep the motion smooth it should work well.

The carriages have 8 3mm x 10mm bearings in teach, and there is a facility to adjust the push onto the square tube if it does wear or become loose over time.
