Hotend Problem with Ramps

I'm having some issues with my thermister. Pronterface is telling me I have a temperature of 0 degrees. I have tested the contacts on the thermister and I am getting 100k ohms. I've been told on the webchat that this means I have a connection problems. What connections might be ruined?

I started building the Cerberus 3D Printer but decided that my Prusa printed really well and what I really needed was a CNC router. I am re-using the 8015 extrusion and steppers etc. but these parts are not used in my new project. Most were originally purchased from Steve at Grabercars.com and are as good as new....
