Hello,
we are proud to announce that we are now able to sell improved casted prusa parts in our shop a www.2printbeta.de for only 69.95 €.
The parts are cast mostly out of smooth cast 325 and the temperature critical parts are made with smoth cast onyx slow which can resist a temperature of up to 120° C.
The casted parts have nearly all holes already cast in and the the leftover holes are drilled by us, so no drilling needed by the customer !
The parts are very similar to the original Prusa parts, we only changed some smaller details, like making some walls bigger for added stability. Also the x-end-idler, x-end-motor and z-motor holder are changed a bit to make the holes shorter. But all changes are done so that the original assembly guide still applies.
