I will post on here when I find someone to print for me.

Not an easy print for most of us reprapers, it needs support any way you turn it around.

Would you mind it being printed in 2 parts which would be assembled together ?

Also, are you completely stuck on that specific plastic, or would a similar color do (like for instance [www.faberdashery.co.uk]) ?

I can do it but I don't have the plastic handy. Nothing too especially hard here, except for tolerances. They would be 0.1mm at best, and you aren't flowing liquid or anything through it...its just a fairly sturdy structural part.

With a properly calibrated reprap, bridging the joints would be totally doable (and reproducible). This doesn't actually look that hard. However, I'm busy so the price has to be right. It will take me about 3 hours to print one, but depending on your end application, I could reducing the time dramatically. What's Shapeways quoting for doing this? Why not use them?
