I got some unoccupied printer time.

Hey, I´m done printing and selling my first mendel set.
Does anyone have something technically interesting to
be printed?
I´m shipping from Germany and am using white ABS on a RepMan.

Nothing technical interesting, I just have the need for a set of Mendel parts at Munich (I already have collected all other mechanical parts and the electronics).

Sorry, you are talking about 100+ hours or printing here.
I just finished that and I´m not looking forward to another
2 sleepless weeks. Not for another few weeks at least.

I will print a second set some day but not now. Sorry.

What would the cost be for a set of Mendel parts to be shipped to the US? I can PM you my address if you would like. I've been searching for a set but without any luck and any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I will be in Berlin at the end of July for an MFA residency. Eventually, I would like to get a kit, but for now, I need a custom headset printed. It is kind of like a visor, with a place for a camera, headphones, and circuit boards. I have not created a model for it yet, but you can find a crappy sketch here, to give a basic idea of the shape.

It will be very thin, with lots of little cubbies to fit specific parts into.

If this sounds interesting to you let me know.

Thanks
dan

What´s the total size of the largest part?
The printer is 280x280mm so if I get the second heated bed
extremely flat I may do parts like 250x250mm total (that would
be very hard to remove from the metal due to the large contact area)

i have a difficult design that is a rather large part as well. it is a CO2 dragster, it has multiple slots/holes/curves/etc. it has maximum dimensions of ~10.35x1.63x1.88. is this part able to be made on a reprap? i was interested in building my own but time and money sliped away from me. can this part be made?

It would help if you included units.
I ASS-U-ME that you are using inches.
Printing it as one piece would require lots of support material.
It looks like this could be broken into 5 or 6 pieces that could be printed with little or no support material.
This size would fit on a Mendel.
