Hi All,
I am trying to locate a European seller of geared nema 17 motors preferrably with a 14:1 ratio and a seller of hobbed pulleys for those motors to be used as an extruder. I only seem able to find sellers in the US and i will have to pay import tax on those items.
Anybody know of any sellers in Europe.

I don't know about the geared stepper motor, however you can get the hobbed pulley from RepRapPro. See [reprappro.com]. This component is used in the RepRapPro Ormerod, along with printed gears. The printed gears work well enough, especially if you use double helix ones.

PS - you don't have to pay import VAT in the UK if the goods you are importing are worth £15 or less (as declared on the customs label).
