Slow feed rate on stepper driver, solved

Anyone with a good clue here?
I'm building a reprap, and i'm testing motors.
Setup is an arduino mega 2560 with ramps 1.4 and an 12V 8A psu.
Just one nema17 hooked up.

When i move the axis in Pronterface/Repetier Host, i can't go beyond 150mm/m at 50% on the stepper driver.
Anything beyond that, e.g. 155mm/m, regardless of stepper driver setting will just result in vibration and screaming stepper.

Same thing goes for when i try homing that axis, then it'l just do the same, so i'm guessing it moves a lot faster there, then by manuel movement?

Anyone with a good hint on what's wrong?

Kind regards.

Nevermind. Turns out i needed to adjust acceleration ;-)
