Introducing graphics LCD expansion board for Sanguinololu & Melzi with click encoder & hotend fan

Hi!

As a spin-off from the easy electronics I developed an expansion board for the Sanguinololu electronics.

Most of what i missed in the Sanguinololu can be easily retrofitted with a single board.

Features:

- Graphic LCD 128x64 dots in different colors
- Click encoder for menu control
- Beeper
- SD Card Slot
- Output for a 12V fan Hotend (max 3A)

Connection to Sanguinololu via adapter PCB (above left part on the picture) and ribbon cable.

The graphics LCD is currently supported only by the Marlin firmware. The rest will also work with other firmwares.

If anyone is interested, I would be happy if you support my campaign. The price is calculated so that it just covers the material and manufacturing costs (I will produce in Germany).

Of course it fits to RAMPS, but there is not (yet) an adapter PCB available.

Hi !


Works without any changes to the hardware. You can use the adapter supplied with it to connect it to the Melzi board.
You have one restriction, the fan switch of the LCD expansion board is unusable. That is no drawback because Melzi has its own Fan switch output.
