Kisslicer perimeter speeds

Fellow reprappers and Kisslicer users,
I realise that the perimeter speeds are designed to give best side wall quality hence last perimter slowest, but I would like to be able to have uniform speeds for all 3 perimeters.
Does anyone know how to go about this?

KISSlicer interpolates from the perimeter speed up to the solid speed...if those 2 values are the same all loops will use the same speed.
