Pronterface problems - large prints

I'm using Pronterface (simple and good) - version unknown :-) (realy dont know where to look).

It prints good - but, sometimes, when I print large files (G code 45M it yust stops - OK it also stops sometimes for a moment or two, but at large prints it stops and I get that massage (figure attached).

Printer stops there and does not start. If somebody is there and pushes ''Pause'' and ''Resume'' printer resumes from that point (but since head is somewhere in the model (usualy on surface - Murphy is working :-) I get a spot, where plastic is melted).

Some sugjestions (if this is a known error, that is fix in new wersion let me know).

Copy Replace.csv to your .skeinforge/Alterations directory.
That will remove all the unneeded M101, M105, M108 and other commands.
