Hi guys,
I am very new to the 3D printing world. I am currently using skeinforge embedded within repetier. I am currently trying to print a line with dimensions of L: 20mm, W: 100um, H:100um with a 32 gauge needle (ID: 100um). As I alter the settings, it seems to be going start-->right-->up-->left-->down which is making the border of the shapes. This is a problem because it is giving me a width of 200um instead of 100um. I think it has something to do with the edge width over height ratio. Could anyone help me find a way to print according to 100um needle gauge and without borders/edges?
Thank you
