Modeling my own scaffolding

So I've modeled my own scaffolding as skeinforge doesn't seem to do it effectively. You can see it in the attached picture (upside down).

My question is how thin should I make the walls so that skeinforge doesn't try to fill them in but treat each wall as just a single pass on each layer?

If you are using Original SF: Layer Height x Edgewidth over Height
If using SFACT: Edge width
If it is not extruded make it 25%wider..

hi! did your manually create scaffolding / support work?
can you post the specs so that i dont have to experiment on settings and size.
