Quick question: Feed rate / Flow rate

Hi.
I changed the feed rate to make the print faster. Here's my question:

Does the flow automatically adjust with the feed rate or do I need to increase it equally to retain the density of my print?

It doesn't automatically adjust -- normally in the Speed tab you set the feed and flow rates to be the same.
