G-Code output problem with size

Hello there,

Please see the attached drawing. I have created and the gcode using replicator37 as my machine supports that only. I have use 10% infill with 1 shell and no support. The wall thickness of my component is 1.5mm but it comes out to be 2.4mm. What mistake could I be doing or is it some other problem? Please guide me on this. An early reply will be highly appreciated.
