SFACT only sets extruder temp with M104

When I use SFCAT the extruder temperature command in the GCODE is M104 (Set Extruder Temperature and return to host).
I'd prefer to use M109 (Set Extruder Temperature and Wait) as with M104 the print may (probably) start before the extruder has come up to temperature. And then we just lose the first part of the print because of the cold extrusion prevention.

Question. How can I make SFACT use M109?

In Chamber there is a setting for the initial temperature that is set via M109.
If you do not intend to change the temperatures during print then You can disable the Temperature plugin.
