Bridge Settings not working

I've been trying to work on bridging but I can't seem to get the bridge settings to work. I have solid layers at 3. Bridge feed rate at 0.1 and bridge flow set to 25. I have those numbers so extreme just to see the affect. I'm using skeinforge 46.

There is no noticable difference if feed for flow when it is printing a bridge layer. I'm getting the movement in the direction of the bridge so it appears that it is being seen as a bridge layer.

I'm not getting any strands to go across the gap so I end up with big blobs on the edges of the.

Checking my Gcode file. There is not change in speed from pre bridge layer to bridge layer.

Am I missing somethings to activate the bridge settings?

I found the bridge setting work in Skeinforge 44. Does anyone know when this might get fixed?
