Offering $20 to help troubleshoot heatbed issue RAMPS 1.4/Mega 2560

I'm offering $20 via paypal to anyone that can help me troubleshoot my electronic issue.

I'm 2 months into this frustrating ordeal and just need some expert help.

I'm building a Mendelmax 1.5 using RAMPS 1.4/Arduino/Mega 2560

I can home the X, Y, Z motors

12v power supply

I have Pronterface and Repetier and can connect fine. I'm getting the error on MINTEMP. M999 to restart printer

Main question is why wont my heatbed and hotend turn on?

When I start the heat bed, it starts and then immediately drops to 0

Same with the hot end, it starts and then immediately drops to 0

My heatbed is a MK2B with a 1k resistor

I'm getting 12.69 volts to D8 and D10

Continuity test passed on the heatbed and hotend 12g wires

I get a heatbed reading for the thermistor

i figured it out.

its a dead resistor from a cheap $20 chinese E3D V6 clone off ebay.

went with the real $80 version from makerstoolworks and then ran into a dead heat cartridge.

replaced the it with the E3D V6 heat cartridge and now i can print
