Prusa i3 extrusion problem when printing

I assembled a Prusa i3 from a DIY kit and everything seems to be working fine but the extruder when I am printing.

I checked a lot of messages in this forum but nothing seems to apply to my perticular problem.

I can adjust the tempereature of the bed and the extruder and if I manually step the Extruder motor the the filament is "extruded" correctly.

Only when I try to print a model the motor seems not to pull any filament.
Not clogged, temperature is right (PLA at 200C) and the motor works properly (manually stepping).

Ideas?

I actually found the problem: the GCode file I was using had bogus information.
Once I sliced another one to my model it worked perfectly!
