So long story short, my friend gave me a partially assembled 3D printer, (Prusa 2) this is my first 3D printer and I have no idea how to finish putting it together. Most of the frame is together but not alot of the wiring is done, any good resources on how to put this thing together? Im totally lost. Thanks!

I bought my Prusa I2 parts from this company and used their video links for the assembly instructions.
they are just youtube links to someone named engineglue. they are pretty good videos.
