Homing does not work

Hey,

I just confirmed that all my x,y, and z axis are working independently. When I try to press the home button the steppers just make a noise and don't move, this happens with all of them. Also, for some reason when I turn my printer on and then use printrun to move the axis around with my computer the x and y axis wont move past the position they were in when I turned the printer on. On my z axis the printer won't move down anymore after a certain spot way above the surface of the bed. I have all three endstops set up correctly. My z is at the bottom stopping the hot end from hitting the bed (if it ever made it there), my x is on the left, and my y is at the front. I also confirmed that all axis where moving in the correct directions. In printrun there is a setting that allows you to change the hight, width, and length of your printer, is this something I need to change?
Thanks alot
