3DStuffMaker Prusa I2 (Gen6 Firmware Issues)

Hi,

I have a problem with my build. I have a 3DSM (3DStuffMaker) Prusa Explorer (Prusa i2) with a gen6 board that needs some help. I am trying to run new software on it and I have successfully installed the repetier fimware onto the board. I never had the orginal configuration.h so I will have to put the values all in there myself. The problem is all the axes work besides the x-axis. It's completely paralyzed and doesn't move. I also know it has to do with the software settings (plugging in the x-motor into the the y-connector slot on the board and pressing y-axis movement on pronterface moves the axis). I don't have much experience with messing with the configuration.h for gen6 boards so what setting is it in repetier that controls the x-axis for the printer? Also, what new value would I have to put into the code to make it move again. If there is someone out there who shares the same printer as well, please feel free to share the repetier configuration.h
Thanks
