Bed size issue with repetier/slicer

Hi,

I have a prusa i3 rework, and i have some issues to setup my bed size/position with slicer and repetier host.

When i drop an object on repetier and then i slice, the model just move on the bed, exemple:

Also, after slicing, for some huge objects, it's not well calibrated and the x and y axis goes to the end and stuck coz there is no more steps to do for the motors (like the print above, for the 1st slice it just block at the end, then it fits), i don't know if you know what i mean, it's hard to me to explain (i'm french and i suxx at english). But in fact the object can be print coz it's not too huge for the bed.

My printer have auto leveling.

What can i do for that? This is boring because i can't really know whezre my prints gonna go when i drop them on repetier ... :/
