Prusa i3 how to glue the thermistor on the heatbed
September 29, 2014 06:23PM
Hi people i'm new on the forum.
I have just finished the mechanical and wiring guide of my Czar Prusa i3 guide.
But there is no information about how to glue the thermistor on the heatbed. May you help me with a brief explanation of that?
Regards

Same here. Tape it down with a few strips of kapton tape.

Thank you guys! Just another question, have you used conductive paste to ensure that the thermistor temperature will be the same of the glass?

Nope, no paste. Just the thermistor taped to the bottom of the heatbed with kapton tape. On the bottom, not on the glass side, you don't want to squish the thermistor between the heatbed and the glass, you may break it.
