Mega 2560 burn

This is my first Mendel Prusa V2 build. When I tried to power up the new printer assembly smoke came of of the Mega 2560 board. I checked the Voltage from the ATX Supply and I am reading 13.4DC comming from each set of wire leading from the Power Supply. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am including an image of the part that burned.

That is the voltage regulator on the arduino. Something in your setup is probably shorted to ground. Make sure your stepper drivers are not installed backward. Can you uoad a photo of your ramps on the mega?

Or possibly your endstops are plugged in incorrectly.
