lately i have finished to complete to assemble mendel prusa i2 , and i downloaded and installed
all programs from [www.nextdayreprap.co.uk]

unfortunately , when i try to connect the pronterface ( firmware ) it written "connecting"

moreover on the pronterface DOS screen it was written about some errors on some files.
i am attaching the print screen of the pronterface output (errors details ) due to the attempt to connect the board.
i really dont know what does it mean.

additional detailes:
1. the pronterface & the arduino bradcast on the same usb port ( "COM5")
2. the speed 115200
3.i tried to switch to another usb connector.
4.for technical reasons i did not connect all of the componnet to the board/
3 motor of 4
heat bed does not connected.
hot end does not connected.
5. i have windows 7 64 bit.

i am srongly ask you for help , to power my reprap

Have you uploaded the firmware to the Arduino?

It says access denied. On windows that usually means some other process has the port open. You don't still have your arduino IDE running do you. If so, close it down before connecting with pronterface

thanks you guys!!
i choose to switch firmware to sprinter and to work with pronterface.exe
not python based.
and everything was good. and worked .
i think that the instruction on the website that i use was incorrect .

I'd like to know where you found this. As far as I know, pronterface is python based. I just googled it and all I could find was python code. There is nothing inherent in python that would make it less adept at handling serial programming than any language you could compile into an exe.
