It might be easiest if you take a run through of your configuration.h file and post any specific questions you have. There are enough variations on the i3 when it comes to belts, number of teeth on pulleys, whether or not you've got a smart panel / lcd installed, etc. that you'll need to modify anything posted, anyway.
